        Based upon Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment and upon the entire file and record herein,

the Court finds as follows:

                                               FINDINGS OF FACT

        1.       On or about March 10, 2023, and at all other times material herein, defendant property

was owned by .

        2.       On or about March 10, 2023, Michael William Huth used the defendant property to

commit or facilitate the commission of a designated offense, to-wit:                      Prostitution-Patron-

Hire/Offers/Agrees to Hire 18 Year Old or Older, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 609.324, subd. 3(a)(2).

        3.       On or about March 10, 2023, defendant property was seized by the Central Minnesota

Human Trafficking Task Force, an appropriate agency as defined by law, and has subsequently been in

the custody and control of said agency.

        4.       A Summons and Complaint for Forfeiture in the above-entitled matter was duly filed and

served upon claimant to the defendant property, Michael William Huth on March 13, 2023.

        5.       More than twenty-one (21) days have elapsed since the service of the Summons and

Complaint and no answer in this action has been filed with the Court, nor submitted to the Central

Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force or the Stearns County Attorney.

         6.    That Michael William Huth was sentenced for Prostitution-Patron-Hire/Offers/Agrees to

Hire 18 Year Old or Older, in violation of Minn. Stat. § 609.324, subd. 3(a)(2), on December 21. 2023,

in Stearns County District Court File No. 73-CR-23-2076, incorporated herein by reference.

                                         CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

         1.    Defendant Property is subject to forfeiture pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 609.531, et. seq.

         2.    The Central Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force is entitled to default judgment in

this matter.

                                     ORDER FOR JUDGMENT

         IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

         1.    Defendant property is ordered forfeited to the Central Minnesota Human Trafficking Task

Force to be disposed of in the manner provided for by Minn. Stat. § 609.5315.

         2.    That the Court Administrator's Office shall serve a true and correct copy of this Order by

any legal means, and that such notice shall constitute due and proper service of this Order for all

purposes.

    LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY.
