                   1         Affiant is an attorney admitted to The Florida Bar and has been practicing in the
                                                                                                               State of
     Florida since 2013. Affiant has practiced extensively.in real estate law and real
                                                                                       estate litigation matters,
     including mortgages foreclosures,

               2             Affiant has taken into account the criteria set forth in Chapter 4 of the Rules Regulating

     the Florida Bar, Florida Patients Compensation Fund vs. Rowe, 472 So.2d                    1145 (Fla. 1985), and

     Manatee County vs. Harbor Ventures, Inc., 305 So.2d 299 (Fla. 2d DCA                       1974) in reaching the
     conclusions ser for in this Affidavit.

               3            Affiant has reviewed the Affidavit of Plaintiff's Counsel as to Attorneys’ Time filed by

    The Gilchrist Law Firm, P.A., in this matter and is familiar with the subject matter of the lawsuit.

            4    Affiant is familiar with the rate customarily charged for similar legal matters in the State

of Florida.

            5    In Affiant’s opinion, the hourly rate of $250.00 is reasonable for foreclosure

                              A      that the attorney’s fee to be awarded to Plaintiff's attorneys herein,

as identified in Paragraph 1 of the PROPOSED FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
