  DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR INITIAL EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER OR
    OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFFS’ COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES

       Defendant, Kroger Limited Partnership I, by counsel, moves that the time within which it

must answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs’ Complaint for Damages filed herein be extended

for thirty (30) days, to and including, January 29, 2024, for the reason that such time is needed to

form a proper responsive pleading.

       WHEREFORE, Defendant requests an extension of time to, and including, January 29,

2024, to respond to Plaintiffs’ Complaint for Damages.
