                      AGREED DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFFS’ COMPLAINT

                 Defendants, SANDRA KLIMAS, ROBERT THOM, ANTHONY DiGENNARO, and

          ROBERT STERN, and Plaintiffs, BETH SAFFER and ARTHUR ROBINS, by and through their

          undersigned counsel, hereby submit this Joint Notice of Acceptance of Service and Deadline to

          Respond to Plaintiffs’ Complaint, as follows:

                 1.      The law firm of Kaufman Dolowich has been authorized to, and has agreed to,

          accept service of process on behalf of all Defendants.

                 2.      Defendants and Plaintiffs jointly agree that Defendants’ deadline to respond to

          Plaintiffs’ Complaint shall be on or before December 21, 2023.
