       MOTION FOR AND ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL PROCESS SERVER

        Plaintiff, by and through Counsel Justin Butler and the law offices of Butler & Tomko,

LLC, moves that the Court appoint Michael Dunard in this case to serve summons in this matter

personally on Defendants, John J. Hyde, Jr. and Jennifer M. Hyde, 136 Darla Ct, Moscow Mills,

Missouri 63362. In support of said Motion, Plaintiff states that pursuant to Supreme Court Rule

54.13, Michael Dunard is over the age of 18 years, and no such person is a party to this action or

has any interest in this action.
