         OLIVER PRECHEL, whose address is 14769 OSPREY POINT DRIVE, FORT MYERS,
         FLORIDA 33908.

                  EACH DEFENDANT IS REQUIRED to serve written defenses to the Complaint
         on PLAINTIFF'S ATTORNEY, whose name and address is ALBERTO A. MACIA, ESQ.,
         3129 CARRIAGE CIRCLE, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34105-2700, within twenty (20) days
