THIS CAUSE came before the Court pursuant to the Motion for Default Final
Judgment filed by Plaintiff, CAREER FINANCIAL CORP. Having considered said motion
and the record, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1 The Motion for Default Final Judgment is hereby GRANTED.

CAREER FINANCIAL CORP.

3. Any and all claims, rights, title, and interests of LABELLE LAND
PARTNERSHIP, DAVID B. KAGAN D.M.D. PROFIT SHARING TRUST, and DAVID B
KAGAN, individually and as Trustee of the DAVID B. KAGAN D.M.D, PROFIT
SHARING TRUST, and of those persons claiming by, through, or under any of them, in
or to the Real Property, are hereby forever canceled, extinguished, and null and void
4. LABELLE LAND PARTNERSHIP, DAVID B. KAGAN D.M.D. PROFIT
SHARING TRUST, and DAVID B. KAGAN, individually and as Trustee of the DAVID B
KAGAN D.M.D. PROFIT SHARING TRUST, and those persons claiming by, through, or
under any of them, are hereby forever permanently enjoined from asserting any claim,
right, title, or interest in or to the Real Property.
5. Any and all claims, rights, title, and interests of any person(s) in or to the
Real Property arising after the recording of the Notice of Lis Pendens, and of those
claiming by, through, or under said person(s), are hereby forever canceled
extinguished, and null and void.
