After review of the Court file, the undersigned has determined he must Recuse
himself from any action in this case;
Defendant, Jessica Lewis works with Jack Lundy’s daughter;
The Plaintiff has requested a hearing on their Motion for Summary Final
Judgment and Costs and the Honorable Jack Lundy was made aware of this action
needing to be set;
Wherefore, I hereby recuse myself to avoid any appearance of impropriety and request
that another Circuit Judge representing the 20" Judicial Circuit be appointed to hear this
matter.
