                             THIS       CAUSE   came before the Court upon the Complaint to Quiet Title filed by the

                  Plaintiff,     Kolrei   International,   LLC,   by   and   through     its undersigned       attorney,   against the

                  Defendant, EUDELFA             GUTIERREZ.       The Court finds that the Defendant(s) were served with

                  the Summons and Complaint, no response was filed, and the clerk has entered default. Therefore,

                  it is,

                                 ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

                                 1      That the Final Judgment        is hereby    entered     in favor of the Plaintiff,      Kolrei

                  International, LLC,        and against, EUDELFA         GUTIERREZ,           as to the Complaint to Quiet Title

                  filed by the Plaintiff.

                                 2. All claims or interest in the subject property (fully described below), if any by

                  Defendants are hereby barred. Good and marketable title is hereby given to Plaintiff.

                  plat thereof, as recorded in Map Book 9, Page 20 through 35, inclusive, of the Public Records of
