Plaintiffs hereby move, pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P. 4(c) for appointment of Robert
Sweeney, a Constable appointed to make service in Cambridge, Massachusetts as special process
server in this action. As grounds therefor, the Plaintiff states that Constable Sweeney is a
disinterested adult person, qualified to serve process, and that his appointment in this matter will
save time and money, as, in the absence of appointment of a special process server, it may be
difficult to complete timely process.
Wherefore, Plaintiffs move for appointment of Constable Robert Sweeney as special
process server in this matter.
