                                                          COMPLAINT

       Comes now plaintiff, Credit Acceptance Corporation , by counsel, and for its cause of action against the defendant(s),
Lance A Turner and Jennifer M Schmitz, states as follows:

        1.      The plaintiff is a company organized pursuant to the laws of a state other than Indiana.
        2.      Defendant(s) are believed to be residents of Allen County, Indiana.
        3.      On 11/26/2021, defendant(s) entered into a Retail Installment Sales Contract ("Contract") with plaintiff's
                assignor. A copy of the Contract is attached hereto.
        4.      The Contract was assigned for value to the plaintiff.
        5.      Thereafter, Defendant(s) failed to repay the Contract.
        6.      There remains due and owing under the Contract the sum of $8,030.40.
        7.      Plaintiff is entitled to interest at the statutory rate per annum from the date of judgment and court costs.
        8.      Plaintiff has retained an attorney not in its regular employ to prosecute this action.

        WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for judgment against the Defendant(s), in the amount of $8,030.40, plus interest at the
statutory rate of 8% per annum from the date of judgment, plus the costs of this action, and all other proper relief.
