20 23 has not been complied with in that ] Defendants Carrillo, Mandoki, Kapadia and Herrera have failed
to produce any documents despite multiple prior Court Orders. Moreover, Carrillo, Mandoki, Kapadia, and Herrera have refuse
to answer deposition questions based on objections of "relevance" and "harassment"-despite multiple prior Court Orders.
Defendant Prose's deposition commenced but was adjourned. Plaintiff's deposition has been adjourned on consent to January.
it is ORDERED that Defendant Alexander Prose's deposition and Plaintiff's deposition shall be completed
