PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO RESET FORECLOSURE SALE
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, by and through its undersigned counsel, and moves this
Court to reset the foreclosure sale, and in support of its Motion states:
1. This Court entered the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the case on February 16,
2023.
2. The prior foreclosure sale scheduled for July 24, 2023, was canceled because
Plaintiff and Defendant, MATTIE PEARL WILLIAMS, entered into a Payment Plan. The
terms of the payment plan have ended and, accordingly, Plaintiff has determined that it
will proceed with the foreclosure sale.
3. That all conditions precedent for the foreclosure sale to proceed have been
performed.
4. That a foreclosure sale should be reset.
