grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against that
defendant, and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest,
trustees or other persons claiming by, through, under or against any corporation or

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action against you by the
Plaintiff, STATE OF FLORIDA, ex rel., and JOHN KENNETH LARSEN, dated December
13, 2023, seeking Abatement of a Public Nuisance regarding the following. described
property in Putnam County Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Avenue; thence South 86 1/2 feet; thence West 127 1/2 feet; thence North to
Boylston Street 86 1/2 feet; thence East 127 1/2 feet to point of beginning at
the corner of Boylston Street and Commonwealth Avenue, according to Map Book 1,
pages 8 and 9 of the Town of Interlachen, as recorded in the public records of
Putnam County, Florida.
EXCEPTING therefrom those lands described in deed recorded in 0.R. Book 358, page
1507 of the public records of Putnam County, Florida.

Part of Block 6 of Interlachen according to plat thereof recorded in Map Book l,
pages 8 and 9, being more particularly described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of said Block 6 run West and along the North line thereof
a distance of 127.5 feet to the Northwest corner of the lands described in Official
Records Book 156, page 574, being the point of beginning; (1) thence continue West
and along said North line a distance of 48.5 feet more or less to the Northeast
corner of the tract described in Deed Book 165, page 316; (2) thence run South
and along the East line of the said tract described in Deed Book 165, page 316
a distance of 82 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of lands described in
Official Records Book 224, page 362; (3) thence run East and along the North line
of the tract last above mentioned a distance of 48.5 feet more or less to intersect
the West line of the tract described in Official Records Book 156, page 574; (4)
thence run North and along the said West line a distance of 82 feet. more or less
