payable to Anthony Delucia has been dishonored. Pursuant to
Florida Law, as provided in Section 68.065 F.S. Section 832.041,
Section 775.082, Section. 775.083, and/or Section. 775.084.
The amount of the worthless instrument is over one-hundred fifty
dollars.
Pursuant to the above, you have 15 days from the date of this
notice to tender payment of the full amount of such check, and a
service charge of $75, the total amount due being twenty-three
thousand, eight hundred twenty dollars ($ 23,825.00) and zero
cents.
Unless this amount if paid in full within the time specified above,
the holder of such check will take further appropriate action over
the dishonored check and all other available information relating

to this incident/. You may be additionally liable in a civil action
for triple the amount of the check, but in no case less than
$50.00, together with the amount of the check a service charge,
court costs, reasonable attorney fees and incurred bank fees, as

Section. 775.083, and/or Section. 775.084.
Remit the check, payable jointly to Michael B. Rubin IOTA Trust
Account, and Anthony Delucia within the time stated above to
avoid further action.
