the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for BROWARD COUNTY,
Florida, wherein CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-
THROUGH — CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC2, US. BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and WILBERT KERR, et al are Defendants, the
clerk, Howard C. Forman, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00
