        duly 24, 2018 this Court ruled on the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiff's in this
matter and determined that:

        “The Out-of Country Foreign Judgment entered by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
on September 23, 2016 against Gabriel Kirchberger,          Susanne Viktoria Schmidt, Norman Fitness,

          and 3 Ontario Limited and 1171852 Ontario        Limited Carrying on business as G. K. York
management Servi            not a money judgment and        therefore cannot be recognized and enforced
under the Out-of-Country Foreign-Money Judgment             Act.

        This Court's ruling of July 24, 2018 has determined the law of the case, Florida
Department of Transportation vs. Juliano, 801 So.2d 101 (Mla. 2001). As there is no
enforceable money judgment Plaintiff has no “reasonable basis” for the recovery of damages”.
Globe Newspaper Company vs. King. 658 So. 2D 518 (Fla. 1993).

        In addition plaintiff {ails to identify a proper claim as defined in Morida Statute 726.102
(4). As such Plaintitlis not a creditor Plaintiff is not entitled to discovery as to financial worth.
Friedman Vs. Heart Institute of Port St. Lucie, Inc.. 863 So. 2D 189 (Fla. 2003).

       Defendants also object to the specific subpoena directed to Robert W. Segur P.A. as any
such requested information qualifies as attorney client privilege and is protected,
