THIS ACTION came before the Court upon the Stipulation of the Parties for Order
Approving the Settlement Agreement. The Court has reviewed the stipulation and noted the
agreement of the parties. It is hereby ORDERED:
1 The Settlement Agreement is hereby APPROVED.
2. The parties are ORDERED to comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
3. This action is DISMISSED.
4 The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter to enforce
the terms of the Agreement.
5. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Agreement including
those provisions which provide for the entry of final judgment upon affidavit without notice or
hearing.
6 The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall administratively close the file.
