against the Defendants:
1 Plaintiff isa Company in good standing.
Z9: Upon information and belief, Defendant(s) are residents of Yavapai County,
Arizona, whose\address.is 737 Lincoln Ave Apt 4., Prescott, AZ 86301, and this Court has
jurisdiction over the Defendant(s) and the subject matter of this Complaint. At all times relevant
hereto, Defendant(s) were acting for the benefit of the community, if any.
3 On. or about 2/24/2021, the Defendant(s) entered into a Loan Agreement (herein
“the Agreement”) with the Plaintiff wherein the Plaintiff loaned the Defendant(s) money and
Defendant(s) agreed to pay off the debt in monthly installments. A true and correct copy of the
agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The terms of the loan were modified as reflected in
the modification agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B. This modification resulted in the accrual
of forbearance interest.
