this Court upon a complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants
- for the foreclosure of a Mortgage dated executed A. as
January 16, 2015, by Tracy Pollack,
Mortgagor(s), to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Mortgagee, to secure the sum of $129,609.00, and
recorded in the Genesee County Clerk's Office on January 16, 2015, at Liber 1696 of Mortgages,
page 982.
