This matter, and the Related Matters, arise from the alleged wrongful termination
of three former teachers 0f Defendant Himnel USA Incorporated dba St. Mary’s
Montessori School (hereinafter ”Himnel USA”, “Montessori School” or “Defendant”) —
Veronica Hernandez, Yesenia Robles, and Normal Frias.
11 The above-entitled action, Case No. CIV532314042, was filed on June 21, 2023,
12 and the related matters:
