                                     COURT'S NOTICE OF DEBTOR'S
                          RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate.
Upon the filing of Plaintiff's Complaint, the Court hereby issues a separate NOTICE to the debtor
informing him/her of the right to participate in a settlement conference.

             IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT:
                1.       That debtor has a right to participate in a settlement conference; and the debtor may
                         schedule a settlement conference by notifying the court of the debtor's intent to
                         participate in a settlement conference; and

              2.         If the debtor intends to participate in a settlement conference, he/she shall contact the
                         court to request a settlement conference within thirty (30) days from the date the
                         Complaint was filed with the Clerk of Court.
