THE ABOVE MATTER having been submitted to the Court by Kent/McBride, P.C.,
attorneys for Defendants Franklin Flooring, Inc. and Blake Construction Group, Inc.; and the
Court having reviewed the pleadings on file, to include Defendants’ Motion to Extend Discovery
and any responses thereto; and with the Court having heard the argument of counsel, if any; and
for other good cause shown;
IT IS on this 5" day of August, 2022 ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion for an
extension of discovery for ninety (90) days is hereby GRANTED, and the discovery end-date is
extended discovery from August 8, 2022 to November 6, 2022; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and DECREED that the following discovery will be
completed:
A. Plaintiff's counsel shall provide defense counsel with all outstanding medical
authorizations fully executed by the plaintiff
no later than August 22, 2022;
B. Plaintiff's liability expert report(s), if any, shall be served by September 12, 2022; and
it is further ordered that
C, Plaintiff's expert medical reports shall be served no later than September 30, 2022; and
it is further ordered that

D. Defendants’ expert liability reports, if any, shall be served by October 31, 2022; and it

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and DECREED that a true and correct copy of this Order
shall be deemed served upon all counsel of record by way of electronic notification issued through
eCourts. Any party not represented by counsel shall be served with a copy of same within seven
(7) days of the date hereof.
