Kelly. am voluntarily speaking with Trooper Nicholas Baxter in regards to an incident that occurred at 145 Stafford Avenue, Apt.203, in the Town of Sangerfield, County of Oneida. State of New York. My daughter, Brittany E Kelly. resides at the aforementioned address and on December 4. at approximately 7:40 pm. she called me. She told me that she had taken a bunch of medication and I could hear that she was breathing abnormally. 8he said she had not contacted anyone else for medical assistance. I told her I was calling for help and that I was on my way to her. She did not make any verbal statements of self harm to me. only that she had taken a large amount of her prescription medication. I know her to be on several medications and she did not specify which one she took I then called 911 and went over to her residence Brittany has suffered with mental health Issues for approximately 10 years and has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and is on medication for both.
