IT IS HEREBY AGREED upon by the undersigned that the judgment entered against the
defendant in the County of Saratoga on February 11, 2022, in the sum of $22,930.83, docketed in the
Office of the Saratoga County Clerk, be vacated and that the Clerk shall vacate and discharge the
record of said judgment upon the filing of this document.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED, upon by the undersigned, the attorney of record for plaintiff
to the above-entitled action, that whereas no party hereto is an infant or incompetent person for
whom a committee has been appointed and no person not a party has an interest in the subject
matter of the action, the above entitled action and the same hereby is discontinued, without
prejudice, without costs to either party as against the other. This stipulation may be filed without
further notice with the Clerk of the Court.
