Plaintiff Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center moved for orders pursuant to
CPLR 3042 (d) and CPLR 3126 to compel defendants to respond to certain discovery requests
By letter decision and order dated September 12, 2022, the court notified the parties that decision
on the motion would be held in abeyance until counsel had engaged in the informal resolution
procedures required by the Uniform Rules for Trial Courts (22 NYCRR) § 202.20-f. The court
