ON THIS DAY came on for consideration the Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel (“Motion”)
against Defendant Sally Beauty Supply, LLC (“Sally Beauty”), after reviewing the Motion and the
Response and exhibits presented by the parties, along with the arguments of counsel, the Court
makes the following rulings:
Interrogatories
1. IT IS ORDERED that all of Sally Beauty’s objections to Interrogatories Nos. 14,
15, l6, 20, 22, 25, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33, and 34 are hereby overruled. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED
that Sally Beauty shall provide more complete responses to Interrogatories Nos. 14, 15, 16, 20, 22,
25, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33, and 34 by , 2023. IT IS ORDERED if there are not further facts
or documents to be identified in response to Interrogatories Nos. 14, 15, 16, 20, 22, 25, 26, 27, 31,
32, 33, and 34, then Sally Beauty’s more complete response shall indicate there are no filrther facts
or documents.

2. IT IS ORDERED that all of Sally Beauty’s objections to Requests for Production

shall produce documents responsive to overruled to Plaintiff by , 2023.
Attorneys’ Fees
3. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff’s request for an award of attorneys’ fees associated
with the presentation and prosecution of Plaintiff’ s Motion to Compel is granted. IT IS
FURTHER ORDERED that Sally Beauty shall pay on or before , 2023, the amount
of as attorneys’ fees to Plaintiff (“Attorneys’ Fees Payment”). IT IS ORDERED that
Sally Beauty’s Attorneys’ Fees Payment shall be payable to Cherie Broussard and mailed to
