PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, upon the annexed verified Petition, an application will be
made at a Special Term of this Court to be held in and for the County of Tompkins at the
Supreme Court, for the State of New York on September 17, 2021 at _10:00 in the forenoon
of that day for review under Article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law of the tax assessment upon
certain property of the Petitioner appearing on the assessment rolls for the tax roll year 2021
as described in the Petition, to the end that all proceedings, decisions and actions in the matter
of said assessment of said real property may be reviewed and said assessment corrected
modified or vacated, on the merits by such Court, and for such other and further relief as to the
Court may seem just and proper, together with the costs, counsel fees and disbursements of
this proceeding. This application is made ON SUBMISSION ONLY; an appearance is not
requested.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to the Uniform Rules of Practice,
your appearance or submission in opposition to this application is not required on the return
date. The matter shall be adjourned generally, and all issues raised herein shall be deemed
automatically denied by you, twenty (20) days after completion of service of the within Notice
and Petition, pending judicial intervention pursuant to Section 712 of the Real Property Tax
