of the summons and complaint in the above entitled action in a first class mail post-paid sealed envelope
properly addressed to the defendant, Deana Wixson, at defendant's residence address at 111 Van Mara Drive,
Syracuse NY 13212, and I deposited the envelope in an official depository under the exclusive care and
custody of the United States Postal Service within New York State, and the envelope has not been returned
by the Postal Service.
