2. That the above-captioned action was initiated to foreclose a mortgage by filing of
the Summons and Complaint and the recording of the Notice of Pendency on September 22, 2021
in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office, against property known and designated as 112 Will O
Wind Drive, Jamesville, New York 13078.
3. That all of the defendants have been served with a copy of the Summons and
Complaint.
4. That no defendants appeared and/or answered in this action.
6. That the action did not proceed to Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale.
7. The defendant Kevin A. Fallis reinstated the mortgage loan to Plaintiff in full.
