NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is pending in this
Court upon a complaiñt of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants for the
foreclosure of a mortgage bearing date October 26, 2007 executed by DENISE OLIVEIRA A/K/A
DENISE AMADOR to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS
NOMINEE FOR BEAR STEARNS RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION to secure
the sum of $396,000.00, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of NASSAU on
November 13, 2009 in Official Record Liber Book M 34347 at Page 579. Said mortgage was
assigned to Plaintiff by assignment of mortgage duly executed on a date prior to the filing of the
complaint. Said loan was modified. The Loan Modification Agreement was recorded on April 22,
2010 at Official Records Liber Book M 34781 at Page 545 of the public Records of NASSAU
County. Said loan was further modified. As evidence of the modification a Loan Modification
Agreement dated July 5, 2016 was executed.

foreclosure action, were, at the time of the commencement of said action, and at the time of the
filing of this notice bounded and described as follows:

to, or used in connection with mortgaged premises, all as is more fully set forth in said mortgage.
The Clerk of the County ofNASSAU is directed to index this notice to the names of all the
above defendants, inclusive.
