I, Oluwatobi Adedokun, Esq., an attorney duly admitted to practice in the State of New
York, pursuant to §2106 [NYCLS] and under the penalties ofperjury, affirms as follows:
1. That I am an associate of the law firm of ROBERTSON, ANSCHUTZ, SCHNEID,
CRANE & PARTNERS, PLLC, attorneys for the Plaintiff, FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION ("FANNIE MAE"), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED
AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
(hereinafter referred to as "Plaintif T'), in the above-captioned matter.
2. I make this statement in support of Plaintiff's application for the appointment of a
substitute Referee to compute the sums due and owing to Plaintiff.

3. By the Ex-Parte Order of Reference granted on January 23, 2018, Jack Mevorach, Esq.,
was appointed Referee to ascertain and compute the amount due to the Plaintiff, to
schedule and hold foreclosure sale, interest and other disbursements advanced as
provided for in the Note and Mortgage upon which this action was brought Annexed
"A"
hereto as Exhmit is a copy of the Order.
4. Plaintiff s Counsel has determined that a new appointment is necessary as numerous
attempts to coordinate the review of the Referee's Oath and Computations with Referee
Jack Mevorach, Esq., have been unsuccessful.
5. Based on the foregoing, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that an Order be entered
appointing a substitute Referee to compute, schedule, and hold foreclosure sale in the
place and stead of Jack Mevorach, Esq.
WHEREFORE, your Affirmation requests that an Order be granted appointing a
substitute Referee to Compute, Schedule, and Hold Foreclosure Sale, pursuant to the terms of the
Ex-Parte Order of Reference, granted January 23, 2018.
