this, their Motion to Quash Plaintiffs’ Notices of Oral Deposition of Nonparties Juan
Espinoza and Edwin Espinoza, showing as follows:
I.
MOTION TO QUASH
(1) On Monday, November 13, 2023, counsel for Defendants Ruiz Law
Center, PLLC and Gustavo C. Ruiz received “Plaintiffs’ Notice of Intention to Take
the Oral Deposition of Juan Espinoza” and “Plaintiffs’ Notice of Intention to Take
the Oral Deposition of Edwin Espinoza”.
(2) The notices of deposition gave a unilaterally selected date and time of
December 5, 2023, at 9:00am for both depositions.
(3) Counsel for Defendants Ruiz Law Center, PLLC and Gustavo C. Ruiz
has multiple conflicts and is not available upon the unilaterally noticed date and
time. Noticing counsel did not extend any communications proffering possible
deposition dates/times and instead unilaterally noticed a date and time unavailable
to defense counsel.
(4) Defendants Ruiz Law Center, PLLC and Gustavo C. Ruiz submit this
Motion to Quash, which, pursuant to the time of its submission automatically quashes
