Movant, Kelsey Ryan Johnson, and Respondent, Gauge Ryan Baker, via their respective
attorneys agree it is medically practical to take blood, buccal cells, bone, hair, or other body
tissue or fluid samples for genetic testing and that genetic testing has been requested and is
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the mother, Kelsey Ryan Johnson, and the alleged
father, Gauge Ryan Baker, present themselves and that the child, Wesley Wayne Johnson, be
presented by the party who has physical possession of the child, each with appropriate
photographic identification, at the following location on or before May 31, 2023, and submit to
genetic tests by the following expert: DNA Paternity Testing Center, 100 Medical Center Blvd.,
IT IS ORDERED THAT all persons named above shall remain there until the genetic
specimens have been collected and shall permit DNA Paternity Testing Center, or its designated
agents or employees, to take blood, buccal cells, bone, hair, or other body tissue or fluid samples
sufficient for genetic testing. The expert shall perform testing sufficient to comply with
subchapter F of chapter 160 of the Texas Family Code and shall prepare a report in compliance
IT IS ORDERED THAT DNA Paternity Testing Center shall file the original report with
the Court and provide a copy of the report to Kelsey Ryan Johnson and Gauge Ryan Baker at the
IS ORDERED THAT the cost of DNA Paternity Testing Center’s services shall be
borne onehalf by Kelsey Ryan Johnson and onehalf by Gauge Ryan Baker at the time of
testing; provided however, if the test results show that Gauge Ryan Baker is not the father
child, Wesley Wayne Johnson, then Kelsey Ryan Johnson shall reimburse Gauge Ryan Baker for
