Before the Court is Defendants Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Wyndham Hotel Group,
LLC, and Hawthorn Suites Franchising, Inc.’s (collectively, “Wyndham Defendants”) Motion to
Extend Robinson Deadline. After considering the written submissions and oral arguments of
counsel, the Court finds that the Motion is not well-taken and it is hereby DENIED.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Wyndham
Defendants’ Motion to Extend Robinson Deadline is DENIED in its entirety.
