My clients have authorized me to accept service on behalf of all of the defendants and to inform
that agree to waive any argument that they were not properly served in exchange for Pearl’s
agreement to extend their time to respond to the complaint until May 19, 2021. Kindly confirm
your agreement in a responsive email. If you do, I do not need a stip as that would be enough
for me to know that Pearl would not move to default until after May 19, 2021 (unless of course
that deadline is further extended by mutual agreement).
Once we get this issue resolved we can set up a time to talk later this week, perhaps on Friday.
