Resources Activity Defense Manpower Data Center, 1600 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington,
Virginia, inquiring if the Defendant, CAROLINE DUNLOP-RIPEN, were in the military service.
2. I provided the Department of Defense with the pertinent information about the
Defendant, including the Defendant's social security number, this information was based upon
the information and documentation provided by Plaintiff and/or my office's independent
investigation. The military investigation resulted in a report indicating the Defendant(s),
CAROLINE DUNLOP-RIPEN, is not in the military service, a copy of the response is annexed.
3. Based upon the response from the Department of Defense, dated November 30,
