Defendant applied for and entered into a one year lease agreement with Plaintiff for property located at 103 Sutton Hill Drive, Apt. 6, Middletown, New York 10940 from June 6, 2017 through July 5, 2018. (Exhibit "B"). 2. Defendant renewed the lease for one year ending on July 5, 2019 and Defendant remained in possession of said location until, on or about December 31, 2019. (Exhibit "B"). 3. Defendant made late and partial rent payments, failed to make rent payments, and had rent payments returned for insufficient funds. (Exhibit "C"). 4. Plaintiff was granted a warrant of eviction and removal. (Exhibit "D"). 5. Upon exiting the premises, Defendant abandoned several items at said location and left the premises in damaged condition. (Exhibit "E"). 6. Defendant claims to have vacate November 28, 2019. (Exhibit "F"). 7.
