said Motion heard before this Court on or about May 30, 2019, and consisting of an
Affirmation of Christopher P. Meyer, sworn to on May 1, 2019 and supporting exhibits as well
as the Affidavit of Christine Vanlew, sworn to on May _ , 2019, after carefully reviewing said
motion papers, the Court finds that the defendant, Clad Realty, LLC, failed to respond to
plaintiff's Complaint and as such it is,
ORDERED, that a Default Judgment be entered against the defendant, Clad Realty,
LLC, as to liability in the herein action, with damages to be determined by the Court following
an inquest to be scheduled at its convenience.
