The above matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Responses to
Post Judgment Discovery from Defendants NJ Patel LLC d/b/a Buena Vista Grocery and Judith
Patel. Having reviewed the Motion and the record, the Court finds that the Motion fails to comply
with U.S.C.R. 6.4(A)(1). Therefore, Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel is denied.
No pending matters remain in this action; therefore, this post-judgment proceeding is
subject to closure if no additional motions are filed within 20 days of the entry of this Order.
