upon a complaint of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants for the foreclosure of
a mortgage bearing date August 28, 2015 executed by SHANNON HOWARD to MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR PLAZA HOME MORTGAGE
INC. to secure the sum of $96,793.00, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of ONONDAGA
on September 3, 2015 in Official Record Book 17835 at Page 531. Said mortgage was assigned to
Plaintiff by assignment of mortgage duly executed on a date prior to the filing of the complaint.
AND NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the mortgaged premises affected by the said
foreclosure action, were, at the time of the commencement of said action, and at the time of the filing of
this notice bounded and described as follows:
See Schedule A – "Legal Description” annexed hereto and made a part hereof. Said premises
