Management filed on March 9, 2023. Receiver, Peter Sciocchetti, through his

attorney, Van Wormer, Esq., requests that the Court permit the Receiver, Peter
Kimberly
Sciocchetti, to appoint a HUD-approved Management Company for the Little Falls
Property
Garden Apartments, LLC, located at 759 E. Monroe Street, Little Falls, New York, as set forth in
the annexed Proposed Management Agreement in the motion papers.
Upon review, the Court finds that the motion should be granted.
Accordingly, it is now
ORDERED that Receiver's Motion to Appoint a Property Management Company is
