Management Company filed on March 9, 2023. Receiver, Peter Sciocchetti, through his
attorney, Kimberly Van Wormer, Esq., requests that the Court permit the Receiver, Peter
Sciocchetti, to appoint a HUD-approved Property Management Company for the Little Falls
Garden Apartments, LLC, located at 759 E. Monroe Street, Little Falls, New York, as set forth in
the annexed Proposed Management Agreement in the motion papers.
Upon review, the Court finds that the motion should be granted.
