PURSUANT RULE 20 (a)
Now comes the Plaintiff-Claimant, JULIO 8. LEIVA (pro-se) in the
above-entitled matter and moves this Court to grant Motion for Joinder
of Defendants Carol A. Mici and Dean Gray for claims arising out of
same series of transactions and occurrences regarding communication
and access to the courts. Parties defendant may be joined only if the
rightto relief against them arises out of the same transaction or
series of transactions, and if there exist.a common question of law
