                                    Attachment 4b

       This is a consolidated multiple party personal injury case when a vehicle crashed
into Gino’s Restaurant in Salinas. The approximate Howell number is $15,000. Dr.
Kaczmar has recommended back surgery. Plaintiff also suffered multiple broken ribs.
       Mediation is scheduled with Matthew Conant on March 20, 2024.
