                                  IV.   REQUEST FDR REVIVAL DF JUDGMENT

4.1       Pursuant to Section 31.005 of the Texas            Civil   Practice      and Remedies Code, "A dormant

judgment may be revived by              scire facias ur   by an actiun of debt brought nut later than the


second annive rsarv 0f the date that the judgment becumes darmant."


4.2       In   the present case, a judgment was obtained an                 November           9,   2fi11, and rendered       bur



this   Hunurahle Court.


4.3      The judgment became dormant on November                      9,   2011, and this action           is   being brought


nut later than the second anniversary nf the date that the judgment became: dormant.


4.4       Plaintiff   herehv seeks to revive the judgment rendered against Defenda nts.
