probate administration, the Decedent died on February 12, 2021. Accordingly, the period of
accounting should have stated that February 12, 2021 through March 3 1, 2022. This was a
typographical error by Attorney Grossmann on the drafting of the First Accounting.
2. To be clear, the correct period of accounting is February 12, 2021 through March 3 1 ,

3. Probate Note 7 - Opening Financial Statement: A true and correct copy of the Annual
Statement from Symetra Life Insurance Company for the period March 23, 2020 through March
22, 2021 is attached hereto as EXHIBIT “A” and incorporated here-at by reference.
4. The life insurance company only issues annual statements; there is no monthly statement
covering the date of death of the Decedent.
5. Probate Note 8 - Closing Financial Statement: A true and correct copy of the bank

Grossmann, Esq. Of the Law Offices of Steven G. Grossmann, the sum of $2,589.90 as
reimbursement for costs advanced on behalf of the Estate, none of which has been paid;
