APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR
2. Petitioner qualified as Administrator of the Estate and Letters of Administration were issued
to petitioner on December 6, 2021. At all times since then petitioner has been and now is the duly
qualified Administrator of the decedent's Estate.
WAIVER OF ACCOUNTING
3. Decedent’s sole heirs, Sloane Escobar (Petitioner) hereby waives an accounting.
This report covers the period from the date of death 0f Mitch M. Ichiho, September 22, 2021, t0

4. On December 6, 2021 petitioner was granted authority by order of this court

estate without court supervision under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This authority has
not been revoked.
STATUS OF ESTATE

5. Petitioner has performed all required duties as Administrator of the Estate. A11 costs of
administration incurred to date, including costs of publication, have been paid. The estate is in a
condition to be closed.
NOTICE OF DEATH
6. More than four (4) months have elapsed since the issuance of Letters of Administration.
Petitioner has made reasonable efforts to identify creditors of the estate by reviewing Decedent’s
personal documents and mail. The time for filing and presenting creditors claims expired on April 6,
2022.
CREDITORS CLAIMS
7. No creditor claimed were filed or served on the Administrator or her counsel.
Any claims filed and presented against the estate have been either allowed by petitioner or

rejected by petitioner or this court, and proper written notice of rejection of each rej ected claim has been
given; more than three months have elapsed since the last service of notice of rejection, and more than

of the estate and all expenses of administration including appraisal fees and costs of publication except
closing expenses and attorney fees have been paid.

mortgages and were:
a. justly due;
b. paid in good faith;
c. the amount paid was the true amount of the debt and did not exceed the amount
