JOINT MOTION TO AMEND THE CASE SCHEDULE
Defendant State Teachers Retirement Board (STRB) and Plaintiffs Dean Dennis and Bob
Buerkle (Plaintiffs) (collectively the Parties) submit this joint motion asking this Court to amend
the case schedule. This Court entered a case management order on February 7, 2022. Since that
time the Parties have: (1) fully briefed STRB’s partial motion for judgment on the pleadings, (2)
exchanged and responded to written discovery, (3) implemented a joint ESI protocol and filed a
Civ.R. 502 protective order, and (4) begun additional discovery. Despite this progress, the Parties
agree that a new case schedule should be entered. Neither party has requested this Court adjust the
case management order.
Accordingly, the Parties respectfully request this Court amend the case schedule to the
dates below:
