OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFFS’ FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT
Pursuant to Local Rule 13.01, Defendant State Teachers Retirement Board (STRB), shall
have a ten-day extension of time, up to and including March 25, 2022, to move, answer, plead, or
otherwise respond to Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint. The time to respond has not yet
expired. No prior extension has been granted to respond to Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint
has been granted. And the Stipulated Extension for an additional 10 days does not exceed twenty-
eight (28) days.1
SO STIPULATED.
1 The parties agreed to one prior extension allowing STRB an additional 17-days to move, answer, plead, or
otherwise respond to Plaintiffs’ Original Complaint.
